7. Inquiries, Appointments, and Cancellations
Submitting a form or requesting an appointment is a request only. It does not guarantee availability, acceptance as a client, or a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we communicate that confirmation to you directly.
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late-arrival policies are provided in your client service agreement and intake documents. Those documents govern the clinical relationship and take precedence over this website with respect to appointments, fees, and clinical services.

9.1 Program Description
