Individual Therapy – $60-$190 per hour depending on therapist and services
Couples Therapy – $175-$225 per hour depending on therapist
Insurance
While we do not directly accept health insurance, we function as an out-of-networker provider on many insurance panels and you may be entitled to reimbursement from your insurance provider. We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. In some cases, we will also accept Venmo or CashApp payments.
Cancellation Policy
You are required to cancel or reschedule your session 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours to avoid a full-service charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged the full cost of the session and this includes cancellations made within 47 hours and 59 minutes. Cancellations made on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays must be communicated to both the administrative office at 813-520-2807 AND to your personal therapist.
It is not the responsibility of the office or therapist to remind clients of scheduled session times. Reminders may be sent out 24 hours in advance, however these are not indicative of any ability to cancel or change an appointment. If your cancellation is due to an emergency, you will not be charged if you reschedule your appointment within 5 working days of your current appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
If we must cancel an appointment, and it is less than 48 hours, your next session will be free of charge. Unless we are having an emergency, then we will reschedule your appointment within five working days of your current appointment, otherwise your next appointment is free of charge.
